Product positioning and strategy
For an e-commerce site of Security Products, I shaped the marketing and product positioning strategy:
- Simplified product offering and identified distinct product categories which helped customers understand relationships between products and increased sales.
- Created pricing strategy across product families and established a pricing database for 5,000 products.
- Defined a uniform communications strategy that resulted in an increase of repeat purchases.
- Spearheaded creation of marketing collateral and website.
